Welcome to iWash Laundry (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the iWash Laundry mobile application and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

iWash Laundry provides laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, and related services including:

• Doorstep pickup and delivery

• Washing, drying, ironing, and folding

• Special garment care (where applicable)

Service availability may vary based on location.

2. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

• You agree to provide accurate contact and address information.

• Any activity through your account is your responsibility.

3. Orders & Scheduling

• Orders can be placed via the app.

• Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may change due to operational reasons.

• We reserve the right to refuse service for any item that may damage equipment or pose safety risks.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are displayed in the app and may change without prior notice.

• Final amount is calculated after item inspection.

• Payments must be made through available payment methods in the app.

• Taxes, if applicable, will be added.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled before pickup.

• Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Garment Care & Liability

• Please check pockets before handing over garments.

• iWash Laundry is not responsible for items left in pockets.

• We follow standard care label instructions.

• Liability for lost or damaged items is limited to a maximum of 5 times the service charge of the affected item.

• No responsibility for normal wear and tear, color bleeding, shrinkage, or delicate fabric issues.

7. Prohibited Items

Do not include:

• Cash or valuables

• Hazardous, flammable, or toxic materials

• Items with heavy contamination (oil, chemicals, blood, etc.)

8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.

9. Promotions & Offers

Promotions are subject to specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All app content, logos, and designs belong to iWash Laundry and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
